On November 16th, two Bergelectric employees joined forces with other Nevada Contractors Associations and Construction Leadership Council Members to volunteer for the New Vista Legacy Pavers Project!
Together, they moved and laid 55 tons of decorative rock, built metal benches, and assisted with landscaping the New Vista community area, transforming the space into a stunning outdoor area for this incredible local organization!
For 38 years, New Vista has provided loving, safe, carefully tailored residential services that welcome people of all ages with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Through its supported living arrangement, New Vista’s overall programming focuses on the goal of independence.
New Vista held a ceremony on December 2nd to thank donors and volunteers and unveil the new community area. We’re honored to have received a paver and tree plaque for our contributions!
The Bergelectric Charitable Foundation donated $3000 toward the paver project, supporting New Vista’s mission to provide equal opportunities and supported living arrangements for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
We’re proud to have played a part in this project’s success!
